Account Deletion Request

At Chùa Việt, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

What happens when you delete your account?
All your personal data, including your profile, login credentials, and personal settings, will be permanently removed from our servers. This action cannot be undone.

Method 1: Delete via Mobile App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly inside the app:

  1. Open the Chùa Việt app on your device.
  2. Go to Settings (Account section).
  3. Click to User Profile (Account section).
  4. Tap on Delete Account.
  5. Confirm your choice. Your data will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: Request via Email Support

If you cannot access the app or have uninstalled it, you can request deletion by contacting our support team:

  1. Send an email to:
  2. Subject: Request Account Deletion
  3. Please send the email from the same address associated with your account so we can verify ownership.

*For email requests, we will process your deletion within 30 days of receiving a verified request.
